Grievance
Institutional Grievance Redressal Committee of Chhattisgarh Dental College and Research Institute addresses to students’ and faculty grievances related to academic and non-academic matters, such as assessment, attendance, conducting of examinations, harassment / ragging by colleague students or teachers etc. The Grievances are handled at the Departmental and Institutional levels
OBJECTIVES
- To formulate the policy to investigate and review complaints or grievances of students and faculties.
- To create awareness of availability of members for students and faculties to report grievances.
- To investigate the root cause of grievances.
- To ensure effective solution depends upon the severity of the grievance.
