Research is the quest of knowledge through diligent search or investigations aimed at discovery and interpretation of new knowledge. The Chhattisgarh Dental College & Research Institute, Sundara, Rajnandgaon nurture and support the research orientation approach both for faculty and students (PG & UG Students).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Institutional Review Board (IRB) comprises of Research committee & Ethical committee,<\/strong> it is established to look after all the research (involving or not involving human participants) conducted by the Faculties & students, and to protect the rights and welfare of human research subjects recruited to participate in research activities conducted under the common umbrella of Chhattisgarh Dental College & Research Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Institutional Research Committee (IRC):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Research Committee looks after all the research conducted by Students & Faculties under IRB. It aims to inculcate, nurture, research orientation approach among researchers of the institute and focused on designing and executing high quality research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investigators are advised to submit the research proposal in a prescribed Performa as mentioned in Standard Operating Protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Research Committee conduct timely critical appraisal of synopsis submitted to it. After the submission of research proposal, it is evaluated in terms of feasibility, quality, risk benefit output, ethical considerations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Members of research committee scrutinize the research proposals in the meetings and provide its final approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
